I cant speak highly enough of Matt and the team at Optimus. Optimus came highly recommended by a friend after I had a poor experience elsewhere. I had an initial assessment with Matt who was friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what my problem was and was able to offer a range of treatments to help, as well as providing exercises to do at home. Matt has now been treating me for many years for ongoing problems and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have complete confidence in him, and he genuinely cares and wants to help. Matt was also able to help aid my recovery following surgery so I could get back to playing golf. I have no doubt without his support the recovery period would have been much longer. The whole team are lovely and there is always a warm welcome when you arrive. I would highly recommend Optimus to anyone.

I was quite nervous about starting physio for a back injury. From my initial call and conversation with the Receptionist I felt I was in safe hands. The expertise of Laura and the care shown by the whole team enabled me to engage positively and trust the process. They fixed me much quicker than I expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Matt and his team are incredible at what they do. I play a high impact sport and have seen Matt for physio with some big injuries. He always get me fixed and offers so much advice, I would 100% recommend him and his team.

I had been seeing Matt for my back for a while whilst self building. So my back needed a lot of attention. He just very good. He diagnoses within five minutes and then treats the issue. He describes the problem and answers any question I have and shows me on a chart or a model of a skeleton where the problem is and how it arose. He also advises exercises to do at home if required. He has kept me moving rather than hobbling around.

Matt is an incredible physio. I have used him for many years and he has helped in my recovery from some serious sports injuries. He is really knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in helping. Wouldnt go anywhere else! The clinics staff are all really helpful, kind and genuinely want to help you recover. Wouldnt go anywhere else again!
