        The staff atd great but never enough of them and huge queues. Often forget to reorder not impressed

        Short staffed, unreliable ordering repeat prescriptions. Dont answer the phone then take it off the hook, meaning unnecessary journeys to queue for ages to chase prescriptions.

        Closed an hour early on Saturday meaning I couldn't get the prescription from 111.

        I feel so sorry for the staff who suffer abuse from customers on a regular basis. There are only three pharmacies in Thornbury, Boots being the main one. They are short staffed and there are way too many people in Thornbury now. Theyre not super humans they just do the best they can for everyone. Please give them the respect they deserve.

        Considering the pressure that the staff there are under being so short staffed, I think they are doing an amazing job. Especially with some of the comments that the customers make to them. Always friendly.
