        My glasses fell off my head and one of the arms had fallen off. I had tried to reconnect the arm but couldn't see what I was doing (always tricky doing something fiddly when you can't see what you're doing), so I took them in to get them repaired. A very kind member of staff called Nick fixed them for me and didn't charge me anything. Nick you are a star... Many thanks.
