Happy Days Nursery & Preschool, Thornbury

AVOID AT ALL COST!! They do not communicate with you at all! Was promised a space for my son 4 months prior and they contacted us weeks before he was due to start saying there was no space any more. No apologies at all! All Ive heard since is horror stories about this nursery and how they run. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

We're so impressed with Happy Days Nursery and the whole team at Thornbury. They helped our son settle in brilliantly at the start of the year and were always reassuring and filled us with confidence as parents. The whole daily routine and provisions for the children are so well thought through, and we love the fact it's a purpose-built facility making it perfect for little people to get around. The abundance of time spent outdoors is lovely. Whatever 'less than ideal' posts are out there, we've always had the exact opposite experience. Security is spot on (my son's grandad will vouch for that!), and we've always seen consistency at reception. The consistency of the team has been perfect so far, even through lockdown which is quite a feat! They're obviously responsive to feedback and they're doing an amazing job! We really feel for the team having to go through the challenges of lockdown, but we can't praise them enough with how they've dealt with everything and have welcomed us back with even more confidence. They've really excelled. We're so grateful to have such a brilliant team caring for our child. Thank you!
