Outstanding service and would recommend to anyone. Anyone that can come to my house at 1pm to give me a price and full explanation of choices without trying to push a sale on me is a business that cares for their customer base. Further more to be able to supply and fit the item within four hours on the same day is nothing short of exceptional service. My eternal gratitude goes to Charlotte for taking the call,Joe for the speedy survey and Dave for fitting it so professionally and explaining everything in a clear and easy fashion. Thank You All.

What fantastic service! I phoned on the Friday for a stairlift quote. When I explained it was for my terminally Ill mum, they came out that afternoon. Phoned them on Monday to book it in, they managed to fit it in that afternoon! We went for a re-conditioned stairlift, which honestly looks as good new. Fitting only took an hour or so, minimal disruption to the stair area and now my lovely mum can come downstairs after 5 weeks of being bed-bound. Thank you all so much, I would 100% recommend to anyone

A friend recommended Thornbury Stairlifts to me when I was enquiring about having a stair lift installed for my elderly mother and Im so glad that I listened! Joe, who came out to visit the property initially, was a delight no pushy sell, just sound advice and a very competitive quote. We were keen to proceed with a local, rather than a national, company and are so glad that we did! The personal service that we have received from Richard, Joe, Dave and also Karen in the office has been exemplary the stair lift arrived quickly, was superbly installed, works perfectly and from now on the annual servicing will also be undertaken by the same team, not a third party business. We feel that we have found a genuine company that mum can count on and, most importantly, her new stair lift allows mum to retain her independence in her own home for longer. We cannot thank you enough for the superb service that we received right from initial contact to installation. The engineer Dave was politeness itself and completed the work very professionally without any fuss or bother the next day leaving everything looking tidy and clean. Before leaving he explained everything to us and ensured that we were fully satisfied and sure about how everything worked. Once again thank you so much, you have made our lives so much more comfortable.
