        So friendly and helpful when we bought our engagement ring. We would highly recommend Gems and found this small independent shop much, much better than the other Jewellery retailer in Thornbury. Don't be put off by their sparse website, call in and see them!

        I took my watch there to have anew battery put in got it back without the digital display not working at all but was told their repairer could look at it I refused and took it to Abrahams in yate today their repairer got it working and he told me they totally buggered it up bent things inside the watch and even broke the seal on the back anyway all fixed now but will not be using these to repair ANYTHING watch or jewellery related poor service indeed.
