1) The website gave me a 0900hrs time for my service but when I arrived I was informed the centre doesnt actually open for services until 1000hrs, so why have option to book earlier?!
2) On checking the car computer to ensure the brake fluid service had been logged I discovered ALL services (oil change, brake fluid and BMW yearly service) had been ticked off for that date.
