        Our car would not start after parking in Thornbury car park. Even though we had breakdown assistance with Ford Assure we decided to phone the local Ford garage to see if we could fix it. Within 5 minutes of our call , Marcus one of the managers at Thornbury motors was with us. He started the car and we drove back to the garage with Marcus . Marcus arranged for our car battery to be checked overnight and let us know the following morning that the battery was u/s. A new battery was fitted and we picked up our car that morning. Marcus could not have been a better ambassador for his garage, Ford and himself. Polite, thorough, helpful, courteous and caring. First class

        At 4pm on Friday afternoon I had an electrical problem which affected my lights and I was worried about getting home in the daylight. I dropped into Thornbury Motors on my way to Gloucester and they had a really great, polite Technician have a look straight away. He did a temporary fix to get me home, with all lights working. Brilliant service, thank you so much. My late dad always thought very highly of Thornbury Motors, I can see why (he was quite hard to please!!)
