I have nothing but positive things to say about Laura. From the moment I met her she made me feel so reassured, and gave me hope for what my future could look like. I went to her at a time where life as a single mum was really getting on top of me and i was struggling to find some calm in my chaotic world. I had 5 sessions, where each time something different came up, and slowly but surely we chipped away at my feelings and i can honestly say, myself and others have noticed that i am more calm, present, organised and overall more positive about what i can achieve. I have always been quite sceptical about hypnotherapy, however it has without a doubt changed the way i think. Laura has got such a calming aura about her and i would reccomend her to anyone.

I brought my 14 year old daughter to see Laura with a certain amount of scepticism, my daughter was suffering from trauma and anxiety, I wasn't sure hypnotherapy would work. After one session I noticed a real change in her behaviour, she seemed positive, cheerful and relaxed. We have had a few sessions now and for her mental health we will continue with Laura, she really has made a positive difference at a very dark and difficult time, for that we are both very grateful.

Laura is incredibly gentle in her approach to therapeutic practice. She helps you to understand how the brain works and works with you to help support you at your pace. I'm a Hypnotherapist myself and due to our therapeutic regulations we won't see our own family members. So, I regularly recommend family members to Laura. All of which have had wonderful success stories to share. Laura is a trusted colleague and despite seeing my family, has always stayed completely professional when it comes to confidentiality and compliance with GDPR. She really is one in a million and I would trust her professionalism and kind and caring nature with all my close friends and family. I highly recommend, I'd give her 100 stars if I could!

Laura is a warm, kind and very professional therapist. I feel blessed that she came into my life. She is always available to support me with any challenges I am struggling with. I highly recommend Lauras services. She is an excellent hypnotherapist.
