        Old Union Workhouse opened in 1837 for workers and families. Beautiful Gloustershire stone and slate roofs with communal courtyards well maintained. Was adopted as part of the hospital in the 90's and in 2001 was redeveloped into properties. About 20 1-3 bedroom flats and maisonettes fill this place, which one of them is currently occupied by me! Lovely place to live, very interesting history, beautiful in the snow!
