I had a facial and my friend had a pedicure, it was wonderful. Cannot thank them enough for being patient with us due to covid. The staff are amazing, we left feeling great and revitalised

I've not had good experiences at all with this salon. The manager Heather is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her language towards her own staff is abhorrent and it has left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable whilst I have been in the salon for a hair appointment. On my first visit there I booked in to have my nails done, a simple shellac manicure. Heather insisted on doing my nails as no other staff was available and it was the worst experience ive evet had. So much so, I refused to pay. From the staff bullying I've witnessed and inappropriate manager, I will not be visiting again. UPDATE FOLLOWING MANAGERS REPLY: Again, a show of their complete unprofessionalism. When I did try and speak to Heather she was incredibly defensive and rude towards me. You need to accept criticism and learn to be polite
