I cannot recommend this gym enough!! As a newbie I was very nervous about joining. Its the best decision I made. The gym has all the equipment you need and always has stations free. The staff are amazing and every single one approachable. I have been having PT sessions with Lewis who has been amazing. He has a huge amount of knowledge, has given me a lot of confidence and pushed me to meet my fitness goals. Whether it's weight loss or building muscles, he knows everything there is to know and will go through everything you are doing in detail. Could not rate this guy any higher!!! Love this place!!

I posted a review yesterday after a degree of frustration at the gym. The gym owner Russel has today specifically phoned me to try and ascertain why I was so frustrated. I must thank him for taking the time and trying to deal with the issue directly with me. As I noted in my review I am generally very happy with Elite Gym and its staff and the atmosphere within the establishment over the past 3 or more years. I was frustrated and somewhat confused that a simple request to not have the windows wide open when the outside air was at -2 seemed complex. That said, it is a good gym with good staff and the occasional frustrated client.
