After 3 years of uni, coming back to this practice I can see how I took it for granted. Lovely staff, the practice always has your best interests at heart. Super understanding and always willing to help. Receptionists are super sweet, LGBTQ+ friendly. Only thing I would say is they are dealing with so many patients it feels like they are overcrowded. Not their fault tho. Another thing is personally I can't make appointments on patient access and so you really gotta catch them at the right time to make an appointment

Excellent, can't fault them! Staff are friendly and always able to get through to speak to someone.

Reception behind screens, chairs spaced properly and it seemed all doctors/ clinics running on time

I have just had a TKR. I contacted the health centre Severn view practice to see a nurse 2 weeks after my op to have my knee looked at and to change the dressing. They were superb.
