        I have just had a TKR. I contacted the health centre Severn view practice to see a nurse 2 weeks after my op to have my knee looked at and to change the dressing. They were superb.

        After 3 years of uni, coming back to this practice I can see how I took it for granted. Lovely staff, the practice always has your best interests at heart. Super understanding and always willing to help. Receptionists are super sweet, LGBTQ+ friendly. Only thing I would say is they are dealing with so many patients it feels like they are overcrowded. Not their fault tho. Another thing is personally I can't make appointments on patient access and so you really gotta catch them at the right time to make an appointment
