The Spit Roast Specialist

I have always wanted to have a Hog Roast party but to find one within the budget is hard to come by not until we found The Split Roast Specialist. Jonathan had been first class. He replied my initial enquiry email very promptly and explained all the options he provided. It didn't take long for me to book a date and paid the deposit. The pig was big, all the party guests were thoroughly enjoy the roast and complimented how well the meat was cooked and tasted. It's no denied they were having a good time even though it was windy, wet and cold in a late June afternoon. There were plenty left over and no doubt there are going to be many stir fry and curry meals over the coming weeks. It's highly recommended.

Recently did the barbecue for our wedding after being postponed for two years! Very accommodating with moving both times and always quick with responding and helping me stay calm in the lead up to the wedding. Food was delicious and provided nice vegetarian options for guests too. Would definitely recommend, thanks Jonathan!
