        TSB close accounts even when money is held in them . To reopen the account to get your money out is like pulling teeth. Why when most customets have online utility bills do TSB not have an efficient process when validating customer address. Eg have an online portal that accepts a pdf version of your utility bill not a paper copy? Much more user friendly and covid acceptable.

        Poor, the branch is closing in June, but TSB already appear to have given up.....as the branch is already inextricably closed. It is lifeline for elderly people who can't understand telephone banking and simply cannot comprehend Internet banking. Despite this TSB persist with their punitive branch closure plans. The nearest branch is now Bristol City Centre, some 10 miles away. I simply cannot fathom how the bank champions inclusiveity and its operations in the community interest when it clearly operates in such a way as to.chase every single pound.

        I wasted over an hour going to this branch and waiting to be attended only for the branch manager to refuse to provide service. The manager struggled with her system and said I would have to come back the following day because she needed to close and there wasn't enough time to help me. I got there 40 minutes before the branch was scheduled to close but this wasn't good enough for her. I have never experienced such poor customer service and if this is how she manages this branch I'd be surprised if she brings in any new business.
