Been with Melrose for a few years now and would recommend them 100%. As a pub landlord I feel Melrose has helped during this uncertain time where others havent. I have nothing but praise for Melrose and all the team involved. It is a very personal business relationship where they get to know you and advise accordingly. Through this Coronavirus especially, they have waivered their charges to help our cashflow but has still been contactable throughout. The weekly emails to advise us on government legislation and guidelines have been invaluable. Sorting the furloughed hours must have ( and is ) a nightmare, also the little reminders for sending paperwork off for the VAT is so helpful. Not once did i feel that Melrose didnt care or we had to wait too long for a reply to a question, there have been many questions the last 3 months.. So from everyone at The Royal Oak, Corsham......Thank you. Just an update, 2 years since leaving the above review.......Melrose are still leaps and bounds the best accountants I have used.....Mark is always ready to answer my rediculous questions. And that goes to all I deal with within The Melrose Group..... Many thanks ....Again
