        Absolutely outrageous. He recovered my mums car, my mum asked to diagnose the problem and to ring her with a price and information with whats wrong. Instead he did the work without informing my mum and presented her with a 375 bill for a job that I could of done myself and with a part that I could source for less then 30. Now he is refusing to give my mums car back and when we ring, he hangs up. Disgusting. The police have been informed.
