Great company, after trying a cabin company local to us and having no luck within our budget we contacted britcab and spoke with Greg who sorted us a great cabin at a great price ,communication and service was great throughout, we definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cabin.

HONEST OPINION OF THIS COMPANY !! I CALLED THIS MORNING ON 22 /08/2018 ASKED FOR A PRICE ON A UNIT FOR MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR HIRE NO PROBLEM THEY SAID HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL ME A PRICE .. THEY DID WITHIN 20 MINUTES I THEN CALL BACK TO DO A DEAL WITH THEM I GET AN ANSWER FROM SOMEONE AT THE OTHER END STATING GREG HAD GONE TO LUNCH SORRY HE WILL CALL YOU WHEN HE GETS BACK .. I HEARD NOTHING .. AFTER CALLING 3 TIMES TO TRY AND DO A DEAL I FINALLY GET A CALL BACK FROM GREG SAYING HE IS RETURNING MY CALL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING THAT HAS GONE ON IN THE DAY HE SAID HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS HE ALSO WENT ON TO SAY IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY THAT WE HAVE NOT CALLED YOU BACK AND WE HAVE NOT COMMUNICATED WITHIN OUR BUSINESS GO ELSEWHERE NICE WAY TO DO BUSINESS HEY I THINK LUCKY ESCAPE FOR ME THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM IN ANY WAY PLEASE GUYS STAY CLEAR AND TRY MOBILE MINI BETTER COMPANY TREATED WITH A LOT MORE RESPECT AS A CUSTOMER

Fantastic service from start to finish. Knowledgeable staff who were always on had from start to finish and very pleased with the cabin

Cabin is brilliant with such a wide variety to choose from, at fair prices. However, Customer service and support could be alot better and quicker. Very slow response time when first trying to lease the cabin (which almost led us elsewhere, e.g hours/days to respond to emails) but lease process as a whole was smooth and problem free. It's just the customer service which is lacking and in need of improvement
