Dr Marshall demonstrates excellent knowledge of the procedures that he offers and puts you at ease throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone thinking of having any of the procedures that he offers and will definitely be returning myself.

I have received Botox treatment from Dr Marshall on two occasions for my crows feet and glabellar lines and I am extremely pleased with the results. It seems to me that the benefit of the second treatment is lasting longer than the effect from the first treatment; I don't know if that is good fortune or if Botox treatments have a cumulative effect. I felt fortunate to be treated by a highly trained doctor because, after a thorough examination of some vertical creases near the outside corner of my eyes (not sure of the technical name), he determined that there were veins very close to these lines. He was of the opinion that treatment there could possibly cause problems and declined to treat those areas. I thought that this was a very ethical approach and that a less medically informed practitioner may have missed the potential problem or may have gone ahead with treatment so as to earn a greater fee. The purpose-made clinic at Eshott is a very relaxing environment in the heart of the countryside and there is a wonderful woodland view from the treatment chair. Dr Marshall explained the procedure in as much detail as I could take in and was happy to take the time to answer all of my questions. His manner is professional, calm, authoritative and reassuring. I am sure that I will be returning for future treatments as and when they become necessary.

First fillers I've ever had and will be returning and telling my friends/family about this clinic. Felt confident in Dr Marshall straight away.. Very good explanation in the procedure and knew my expectations and met them. I love my lips! Thank you Dr Marshall.
