Customer service needs improving. I always feel like I'm being an inconvenience when I'm trying to return a parcel using the Evri system. If they are constantly having issues with this provider (the system had 'crashed again!) then they need to use a better one. And as frustrating as I imagine it is for the staff, they still should try and be a bit happier at the counter or look for another job!

I came in here today, the attendant was in a hurry to go home, shes saying she can't cope not done with her job etc etc.. I came with a child, to post a parcel, she won't do anything but scan.I'm willing to wait as she said her companion is coming in for 2pm it's going to be a few minutes, so I said I'll wait, then she changed her words, saying her work collegue will come maybe 1430. She shouldn't be there If she can't cope. She keeps saying she's sooo busy but at that very minute I was there she consumed her time explaining to me she can't cope and she's busy.. so went home with my parcels. As she will really not accommodate me.
