        Popped in to Scrivens yesterday on lunch to enquire about my sunglasses (not purchased from them) which had a loose lens due to a screw snapping/falling out! The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful & accommodating and offered to take a look at them right away! She kindly fitted two new screws to keep the lenses in place & offered some advice on how to get in touch with the supplier if I wanted actual parts to match. I wasnt even charged for the repair! First class service, so helpful & kind! Thank you so much

        The whole team are always so incredibly helpful and friendly! They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy. Nothing is too much trouble here and I always feel secure knowing if anything happens to my glasses or contacts I am completely covered and never have to go without. Even whilst waiting for my contacts to arrive (because I used my contacts too quickly) they have made sure I have enough extra to keep me going. You certainly wouldnt get this much extra care anywhere else.
