        Just done a round trip of about 400ish mile to pick a load of pies requested from friends that live in Suffolk that all visit this fabulous butchers/pie shop .best pork pies ever. be back soon from Suffolk

        I live in Newcastle and for year's whenever I'm heading south I would always stop for a pork pie, which have always been the best pork pies. However, I recently stopped for my pie, and the shop in the market place had a sign moved (round the corner) I was so disappointed with the pie, don't know if the recipe has been changed but from the first bite the texture was different and the fabulous taste was not there. Please go back to the originals. Sorry for this review but I think you should know.

        on holiday, passing through & stopped at the Market place Butchers. Two very nice ladies in the shop, I only had 2 pork pies but HELL they are one if not THE best pies I've ever had! Thanks. will call again if I'm coming through.

        You'll have to go a very long way to find a better pie. Always delicious, always friendly, never any left-overs! Pie heaven!
