I contacted Dales to enquire about changing our kitchen worktops. I was impressed from the outset by the detailed questioning from Ali about what we wanted and she was able to send me an initial quote by return. She also provided a list of suppliers so we could a bit of research about different types of granite. We collected some samples from the showroom and also had a look at a large granite slab in the workshop which was very helpful. Once we had made up our mind, Ali arranged for the templater to come out a fortnight later but also confirmed Dales could supply our new sink and tap. The templaters were very thorough taking a lot of care with the measurements. We were really pleased they were coming to fit our granite worktops a week later as they were so precise. The worktops ( Volga Blue/ midnight Blue) are absolutely beautiful and have transformed our kitchen! We are so delighted. The whole process from start to finish was totally professional. I can't rate Dales of Thirsk highly enough. Thank you!

Dales recently supplied me with a granite offcut to replace an old windowsill. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service I received. The offcut was very competitively priced and there was a huge range to choose from. The new windowsill looks absolutely amazing. The people were also really kind and attentive - great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We cant thank Dales enough for the service and customer care we received from them. From the very first telephone enquiry made, telling us the size of black granite we needed wasnt a problem, keeping us informed of what was happening with our order each step of the way, following all the correct procedures when entering our house, and finally the finished product. You should be very proud of each and every member of your team, they have been very helpful, professional and saved us from an awful lot of stress.
