Absolutely shocking customer service, takes them forever to sort any snagging. Flagged up waterlogged garden before we moved in, 16 months later things only got worse. Minor snagging like the door dont shut properly, they/ ourselves have fixed multiple times but problem still not resolved. Theres no communication between the site manager, sales office and head office at all, apparently the sales office only cares about your money once they sold you the plot its not their concern. Theyve said theres someone wholl look after us once we completed, good luck with getting in touch with whoever it is they never answer your call or ring you back. You can call the customer service hotline but again, they wont make the CS manager on-site nor the site manager aware of the problem so your problem is still your own problem. Also were considering to buy a second plot only because parents would like to relocate close to us, asked if they can put towards any incentives or at least put extra drainage in the garden considering we have to deal with the ridiculous pond for 16 months thats not something Id like my parents to go through but the reply weve got is that therere many people eager to buy the plots so they dont have to worry the plots wont sell at all. Also. extra drainage is optional so it sounds to me like if you can afford putting extra drainage in then congrats youll have a decent garden if not just accept the fact of it being a waterlogged garden because again plots are so popular that they dont really care about these minor things. We understand therell be snagging no matter which developer you go for, and how Covid will somehow slow things down but what weve experienced is solely the result of bad customer service. Sowerby Gateway is a lovely community to live in but before you decided to go ahead with TW, mentally prepare yourself with unlimited patience and the need to make time to deal with their nonsense.
