Good prices but they didnt wash the roof of our caravan.

I took my Mazda 6 vehicle to be washed & dried for the first time here on Thursday 30th March 2023. There were 3 cars (including mine) being washed, so a quiet period. Although 10 is the most I have ever paid for a wash & dry I assumed a good service would be carried out. The sign said Wash & Dry medium cars 10 or 12 for polish. By wash & dry I naturally took that as a wash then dry off with wash leathers, service I have had done on many occasions so know what to expect. The car was jet washed then cleaned with soap & sponges before the soap was washed off. The car wasnt sprayed with a wax solution, something I have always had done elsewhere. I was then directed to the drying area where one young man started to leather the car. Another older, bald man then appeared opened the drivers door, wiped the cyl then held his hand out & I gave him a 10 note & said thank you. The younger man had disappeared as the older man came round to the passenger side, wiped the cyl & muttered Another 2 for drying, thank you see you again & closed the door. It had started raining by this time & another vehicle was pulling behind me so I pulled out onto the road bemused. When I got home & looked at the car there were dirty patches on the doors, boot & wheel arches. I had to wash leather the car myself. I will NEVER return to this particular car hand wash & would warn anyone to avoid it.
