PowerNap demo attended our older persons scheme here in Crymych .This demo had been booked in and arranged before hand , Mark set up and ensured that he had plenty of time before our residents began to arrive. Mark had multiple aids and furniture on display for residents to see and try which was great , he was friendly and very patient with them while they enquired further into the items being displayed. Powernap arranged an appointment to visit Ty Dyffryn Extra Care Scheme in Ammanford. The communication was excellent and they sent posters for us to display in the building beforehand. The presentation was well received by the residents as well as the free tea and coffee! Some of our residents are unable to get out and about and therefore this made it easier for them to try out the chairs and beds in the comfort of their own home. I know a few tenants ordered from the company and have been very satisfied with the products they purchased.

We took delivery of 2 reclining chairs and a matching sofa and we couldn't be more happy with the service we received. A special thank you to Jimmy the delivery guy for all his help, nothing was a problem to him. Would recommend Powernap Ltd to anyone.

I have been using Powernap for years now. My Grandmother relied on their products for all her needs in her 90's (beds and chairs). They have provided the best mattresses for all of our family and all of my sister's family (they were so jealous of how comfortable our beds were). But above all the service we received from Powernap was second to none. Attentive, personable and extremely professional. I recommend them highly!
