        Staff were friendly & helpful but seemed to be untrained in my particular problem which has caused me to visit another branch to get the issue resolved. The issue was with a pingit account which was frozen. After ringing Barclays support they have told me staff should of rang in my presence to unfreeze the account. Unfortunately this was not done & I was promised it would be fixed after i left which it wasn't.
