Ive had experience of this company for 19 years as they are the preferred contractor that the managing agent for my block uses for general maintenance work. Recently I had leaks from a concealed cistern & from behind a shower and also needed the sealant round the shower replaced (had struggled to get a quote from Checkatrade for the sealant) so decided to ask them to do these private jobs for me. I was happy with the prices quoted and the quality of the work. They are completely trust worthy and in the past Ive been content to leave them unattended to carry out work.

Avoid this company like the plagues. I had the misfortune of dealing with these scammers when I got a water leak in my boiler. Agreed the engineer would arrive between 1-2pm - but got a no show. At 2:40pm, called their line repeatedly and when I finally got through was told they would come for 3:30pm. At 3:30pm, got another call to say engineer would arrive at 5pm. At 5:12 got a missed call from the engineer to say he had arrived. I tried calling back repeatedly - no response. I got through at 5:22pm, and was told that the engineer had gone, and that I would be invoiced for their "wasted time". As I said, a bunch of scammers.
