I booked The Bar People for our wedding as we needed a cash bar. Before booking them, I explained that the venue would require some health and safety docs, public liability and a signed contract (pretty standard wedding stuff) 4 months before the wedding. I was told that this would be no problem. However, when requesting these documents from the company they ignored numerous emails and failed to call when they said they would. I made it clear that there was a deadline to provide the venue with all this information and they continued to ignore me. I'm now stuck looking for another bar with just months until the wedding. Do not book these people, they are very unreliable and do not value customers. The fact that they also could not provide documents that are a pretty standard request makes me feel that they are an amateur company.
