Joe has been helping us in our new house with various jobs (switching 42 halogen kitchen lights to LEDs, swapping the old fuse board for a modern one, and installing a car charging point). He's been punctual, reliable and all work has been done professionally and with great care. To top it off, he's been a pleasure to deal with, so we'll be using his services again for our next round of works very soon! We have used JGO Electrical Services for a range of jobs, all of which we have been really pleased with. They have carried out the following work: spotlights, LED lights and sockets installed in new kitchen, spot lights made safe in workplace, smoke alarm installed, wireless switch to outdoor lights installed, kitchen island extractor fan installed, replacing dangerous wiring, installing a new fuse box and installed underfloor heating. They were always reliable, tidy, suggested good ideas, good knowledge, nothing was too much trouble, a can do attitude from all of the team, owner always comes and checks work daily if he is not doing work himself and always goes that extra mile e.g. after installing underfloor heating he downloaded the app on my phone and entered all my work hours when I would need the heating to come on. Lovely team and would absolutely recommend and use again. Great service!

Joe came over in early Oct 22 to quote on a job. I had to chase him a number of times for the quote and then for the recommended lamps for the outside lighting. It took a month for him to final turn up to commence the work. Nice guy and most worked completed to a good standard but he left a hole in the wall besides a new double socket he'd installed and thought it was acceptable to leave it like that. After discussions Joe agreed to fix the damage and kindly installed two new spotlights free of charge as the ones I had bought were faulty.
