Cosy Loft Conversions

If you live next door to someone getting a conversion done don't expect them to respect your safety and the law. 1. They repeatedly start before 8am, despite being asked nicely several times not to. Even when they know they are disturbing the neighbours (who have explained difficult pregnancy and the need not to be woken - 8am is bad enough, but 7.15, 7.30 etc is not acceptable). They have explained that they know they can't start before 8am and yet they still have been drilling before this time. 2. Putting scaffolding up in shared areas restricting free access to neighbours own back gate. One pole was directly infront of our back gate, and has since been moved, but the others are in the middle of the walkway. 3. Leaving side gates open when they leave, not securing premises. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect builders to respect the law and etiquette. Especially when it has been raised to them. It is a shame, as if we planned to have a conversion, or are asked if we know anyone we wouldn't be recommending them.

Had my loft done by cosy lofts in the summer of 2018. They worked really hard to keep to the project timeline. Any issues (not that many in the grand scheme of things) experienced were dealt with promptly and fairly. Would I recommend them? 100%
