    Although they did pick me up & dropped me off thats where the help stopped. They took money from my bank account without notification after the hire, did not follow Dart Charge procedure and paid a PCN on my behalf which was issued due to a typo (I am dyslexic and had swapped 2 car reg letters when paying for the crossing), they did not send me the PCN until I requested it, they let me challenge the PCN on their behalf (as they had paid it) and then would not refund me having received the refund from Dart Charge saying it was an admin fee. This quote from the manager sums up their attitude toward me I fail to see where you can claim that you have received bad service from this company, in fact I personally think that you have had value for money. You clearly have a lot of free time to be able to involve your self with all these emails etc, where as I do not. Maybe they should follow Dart Charge procedure - it would have saved me so much money and time, they should not have got involved but choose to do so and then let me go to the effort of getting a refund but did not pass that on. Regarding the car the air conditioning did not work, the wipers did not work well and the car looked like it had been across a field.
