        Very nice customer service, considerate driver. I was travelling from London lately and had taxi booked from bus station, we had delay yet the driver was waiting for me at the bus station ( it was nearly 11pm) till I arrived. The only thing that could improve is the communication, I couldn't get in touch with company to let the driver no that I'll be late. Other than that ,it's great service.

        I have used this company three times this year for pre-booked rides to and from events. I got a message from the company when the driver was on the way. The first booking I did over the phone, and the lady who made the booking was friendly and helpful. Every time the driver has shown up on time and been professional.
