Initial consultation was very professional, focused on what I wanted to achieve from a Solar PV installation. No pressure sales. Very factual and straightforward, clear about what would work and what wouldnt. Sensible discussion about how much I would save. I was very impressed by the discussion around how to manage the system through the internet and app to maximise electricity bill savings this was the clincher for me on which company to choose. Andrew quoted and agreed installation date and stuck to both no issues. Installation was straightforward: scaffolding up, roof work and panel installation, electrics, calibration / commissioning and scaffolding down. All of the workers were very professional, friendly and tidy. Andrew showed me how to use the app. Started saving money on electricity immediately. During third week of March 75-80% of my electricity usage came from the Solar PV system despite rain and cloudy weather. All the way through the process, first class service. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a battery, EV charger and additional solar panels from Coolpower Electrical and were very pleased with the service from Andrew and Marc. We were impressed with the time Andrew took to ensure that we were buying the equipment that would best meet our needs.
