This recruitment company might not have anything wrong. However, there is a problem with the jobs advertised in the Software development world from recruiters like this, that should be recruiting specifically for our industry. My review comes for that reason. You should not advertise jobs for our industry if the companies looking to hire do not have enough budget. Considering the job specs the compensation offer is ridiculous. I am very disappointed in reading adverts offering to Full-stack developers a salary that is less than what a plumber makes in a year and less than the industry average. Based on Glassdoor and StackOverflow calculator, you are advertising job offers of companies looking to exploit developers. Our is the job of the future, and it's one of the most complicated and in demand today, however, recruiters in this industry are allowing companies to advertise unreasonable offers. They expect lots of skills and experience for nothing. Software development requires learning complex skills, knowledge of many languages and tools with a high learning curve. We risk burning for nothing. My review is directly related to this problem. After having received an email from a job board today, I found your advert offering something ridiculous, 27- 35k for a full-stack developer role, full-time, expecting two years of experience. High requirements, tiny budget. That driven me bananas. I looked at the same job board, in the same city, jobs offers for plumbers and what I found was disappointing. Offers for plumbers were much higher! Well, nothing against plumbers but the learning curve and skills required to service a boiler are not comparable to those needed to build a website or a web application from the ground up. I suggest to companies like your, to avoid posting such roles, you are damaging our industry and developers. This kind of approach affects our salaries badly, while companies' demands and expectations remain high. It seems that every company wants to buy a Ferrari, but can only afford a 500 and still expect the performance of a Ferrari. It's my opinion that your business deserves a one star rating based on the services it provides online.

Oliver was excellent from the get go - he took the time to understand my requirements for a new role and kept me up-to-date regularly on my applications without ever being invasive. His approach is professional and personable, which was refreshing compared to other recruiters I've dealt with. I'd most definitely recommend, thank you Oliver!
