The post office says online 8:00 pm when it closes. Lady couldnt post my Medical parcel because was to busy and decided to close earlier very poor customer service Do not advertise a time online that you are im not able to fulfil. Thank you very much for losing my time Management should look in to this matter if you cant be open until 8:00 just advertise the correct time please.

Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The personal touch, which is so lacking in other shops, is thriving here where Post Office and retail shop run smoothly together. It is a great advantage to have access to the Post Office for a few hours on a Sunday. I am a regular user, and always recommend to friends and family.

Today was a little of putting as I went to send parcels and I had forgotten that they close fron 3 to 3-30, although there is not a notice up because that is when the school comes out although I was told they close for a different reason. I arrived at the shop and there was two people being served and then the shop was empty. I asked to be served as I had 3 parcels this would take less than 5 minutes and the person would not serve me ,I would have to wait roughly 15 minutes. I understand that they close but had forgotten and I really thought the person would have served me as I am always sending parcels. He was standing there doing absolutely nothing. He could have served me and then he said take them down town . Well I send hundreds of from that shop every year but what I will do is just what he said! Ill go to town and send them. One very angry ex customer.
