regarding the Modus Operandi from last year,which has not been addressed at all. Crime report 36/17339/ PART 6 INFORMATION IN/RECEIVED officer-PC 36 1934 ?? 29th March 2020 16.46pm Dear Mr Beya/Tim Chapman Just to clarify some of the points stated in your last email & previous telephone call. 1)When did this incident/crime get "reclassified" to a section 5 & on whose instruction? 2) Please clarify that this incident/crime was all reported verbally,as I understood from talking to Mr ?? today that nothing was put in writing from the surgery? 3) Mr ?? did not say that I could do a data protection request during our conversation on the telephone. And when I had previously called the police last week I wa told that it was NOT possible to do such a request? Please clarify 4) He did tell me that he had not viewed any evidence such as CCTV when I asked him. So therefore I ask what makes one individual more "upstanding" & to be believed" more than another ie;the "accused"? Or is this some form of discrimination,colour,disability,social etc.. or indeed some form of exploitation on which the police form their opinions on? Please clarify. 5) He did however tell me that the medical practice did not want to prosecute? Which actually does mean that there is malicious intent.As they know full well that they can cause me the maximum damage,without being answerable for their actions. Again,please clarify was this said verbally or is there written evidence of this? 5) I did not say that the police "are covering up for the NHS" I did however point out that the police were being biased from the outset(see question 4) As the police actions so far have proved. 6) I have NOT made any remark to Mr ?? about bringing any formal complaint about him to Mr Bailey.However I did state & will possibly do so at some stage,write to Mr Bailey about the "inequality of his forces actions" for some parts of the Norfolk community. That this had caused so much alarm,distress & harassment? And according to Acle surgery & Sgt ?? & the local community ,I apparently am engaging in this sort of behaviour all of the time? Or is it that really NO ONE does HAVE ANY EVIDENCE at all? This was a tactical move ,without having to provide any evidence to back up this claim. Now seeing this more clearly & knowing how many hoops that I am having to jump through without getting any of this resolved.Yes it does seem that not only the police but many others are complicit in this disgusting,vile charade.But more is the question why? I advise you that it is within your right to request a data subject request I am not disclosing further information to you regarding this I have provided with a disclosure of information you needed to know about this incident. You have I took the crime details over the phone & dealt with it appropriately I dealt with the incident from Acle medical practice not the entire NHS should you have any issues with the NHS seek some advice & as this is a civil matter we as the police will not be involved kind regards Elvis Beya Questions; The police are very involved & it was not a civil matter(please explain how it can be a civil matter when I am querying it but Acle making the false allegation is a police incident & I have committed a crime??) & no, I was shown no respect by the police at all, Neither from the NHS. The behaviour from all has been contemptuous & shockingly vile. So there Mr Johnson ,please can you clarify on the police's behalf, that you hold "factual evidence" of his crime being committed other than a telephone call.? If so, in which format is it held? And can this be easily produced to a solicitor/court? I also wish to report a crime & for it to be recorded
