Lady Bassets Dog Groomers

We visited Caron for the first time - with our young cocker spaniel bramble who is quite nervous around new people. We had a lovely warm welcome that instantly put us at ease as well explaining the whole process start to finish - Bramble had a lovely lunchtime pamper, regular breaks and lots of attention- when I collected him he looked lovely and she done an absolute fantastic job, nails cut & lots of treats - bramble was super happy when I arrived to collect him and calm - Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and bramble now looks very handsome after his pamper - I instantly booked in again as I know Bramble is super happy & very well looked after.

Caron was absolutely amazing with my Shadow the cockerpoo. Having tried to clip her myself I will certainly be taking her back to the professional. She looked beautiful. Thank you Caron for your patience with our little lady x

We had a lovely warm welcome from Caron. A HUGE thank you ladies for taking care of Sammy, he looks and smells absolutely wonderful. I shall recommend you to anyone else looking for a top quality dog groomer.

Wow! Absolutely incredible, we just came back from our first visit with our 2 Corgis. The groom was great and prior to the groom there were lots of questions to ensure the dogs are given the best experience. One of my dogs has been known to send a warning snap if their nail is clipped a little too close, so with prior warning to this, extra care was given and the use of a Dremel instead of just clippers were used on the nails too. Midway the dogs were given treats and a walk to take a little break which has definitely given them a positive experience! The cost was very fair for the size of the dogs, and definitely value for money with the extra care and attention they were given compared to corporate dog groomers. No cages and no other dogs are in the groomers at the same time so ideal for dogs that prefer the company of humans! We'll be sure to be back. Would highly recommend!
