I am used to seeing Ems or other personal trainers in person, but I have been totally BLOWN AWAY by how good the virtual/live session I had with her this morning was.
Being used to having her right here with me, I am AMAZED at how well a workout translates to an internet session. The audio was clear, we could have music overlaid, there were no glitches on the screen or with the sound at all. I could see and hear what was expected of me from her, and she could see me (so no sneaky cheating!).
I have already booked in some of the group sessions, and look forward to doing those, from the comfort of my living room.
YOU CLEVER DUO!!!! I never need to be without Stemz again :D
