Outstanding service So helpful the only place I could get a set of new rear tyres for my mums disability cart. The chap on the phone was amazing sent a set of tyres down to Exeter overnight and I had them on my mums cart that day she was overwhelmed by it all. So massive thank you to you all there your service is outstanding I only wish you were in Exeter as there is no one that could help here.

This company charged my brother 115 to correct a fault on his mobility scooter. On collection my brother noticed the fault was still there. He contacted the company and complained. Their response was to collect the scooter, assess the work required and estimated a cost of just under 400. The scooter was not worth that 400 + 115 already spent on it. The cost of 400 was to correct the problem theyd already charged him for. Then then tried to sell him another scooter for 600/700 offering nothing for his scooter in part exchange. They simply said theyd dispose of it for him, in other words well break it up for spares. My brother then had the scooter picked up by KSP in Brandon who fixed the problem and charged less than 250. including collecting the scooter, rebuilding it, as it was in bits when they picked it up and delivering it back to Thetford. The scooter now performs better than it ever has and its a pleasure to use. KSP are the ones for me. Why ever I tried Breckland Mobility Supplies Ill never understand. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY BE ADVISED.
