        The Shires team were very helpful. I felt other agents to be constantly pushing for my business after the valuation of my property before deciding which agent to sell with. Janine was polite and friendly. She gave me time to make my decision and gave my an honest appraisal of my property value and I sold for more than the asking price, while paying less in agent fees than the competition. Throughout the whole process the Shires team kept me informed and answered any questions I had. 10 out of 10 service!
