Master Kris French is an awesome instructor, kind friendly and always willing to help. Since starting at kswt I was welcomed with wide arms and now feel apart of the kswt family with incredible instructors and a great do-jhang to practice and keep fit. I would highly recommend Kuk Sool won Thetford to anyone no matter your age or size

Kuk sool won of Thetford was amazing for our son! Before he started we had issues with aggression, tons of trouble focusing, was very heavy handed with friends, and was struggling with behavioral issues at school. Through the patience, kindness, and encouragement of all the instructors my son learned self control, a bit of focus and determination, and how important it is to be aware of what is going on around him. The learning environment was amazing for the kids with so much encouragement and just enough discipline when they needed it. I've never seen anyone leave without a smile and pride. Will recommend forever.

I had never had any interest in doing sports, martial arts or anything like that until I saw my husband and son learning and practicing the syllabus at home, the more I watched the more I thought I could do that. So then one day I plucked up the courage to join in and it was the best decision I ever made. The instructors are amazing to work with, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, since joining I have achieved amazing goals that I never thought I would reach also I have made some amazing friends along the way.
