DQ Heating / Double Quick Heating

I had never heard of DQ Heating previously. However, when I saw some of their radiators in a friends house it inspired me to look at changing mine. Although I couldn't order directly from them, they were incredibly helpful with pointing me in the right direction as well as providing me with technical assistance when it came to installation.

What an absolutely disgraceful company DQ is. At no point are you told your radiators will be delivered on a pallet to the pavement outside your home and then given the excuse this is normal practice for radiator suppliers as they cant get insurance for their delivery staff - we had 3 delivered earlier from another company who delivered them to our house and asked what room we wanted them situated! The pallet was left on the pavement presenting an immediate hazard to passes by which I was then left to deal with it. I had to pay people to come over and move the goods to my house but that could have been a problem for some people who may have struggled to find that assistance. To send 1 guy to deliver 3 radiators is absolutely ridiculous as he had no chance of moving those unaccompanied and DQ had no right to visit that issue on me without my knowledge or consent. They operated without transparency and I would advise you to avoid doing business with a company without integrity ethics.

Our company deals with DQH on a regular basis and they have always provided a fantastic service for our customers. The goods arrive well packed and on time, Bryan the delivery driver is full of beans and very helpful. James and the office staff are very knowledgeable and process our orders with great efficiency. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a reliable supplier of all things radiator based.
