The online app based heating controls are really robust and offer a lot of options for cost saving to the commercial sites we work with. This cloud based heating control platform is the best in the industry along with quality engineered radiators it provides a complete realiable package for our clients. A platform we're very happy to support and proud to be associated with.

Outstanding service. Really would recommend Intelli Heat to anyone. Simona was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through my options. Our heaters packed in right before Christmas and they managed to fit us in! Can also highly review the fitter; again, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. Just all round excellent support. Thank you!

I have had Isense heaters since 2019. I constantly have problems with one of the units loosing WIFI. Support at Intelligent Heat have insisted it is me or my internet. Which I have investigated and it is not a problem from my end. The support team are rude and do not allow you the opportunity to speak as they speak over you and are condescending. I was just on the phone with the engineer who instructed me to delete my MySense app and then reinstall as again he was insinuating it was a problem on my end. After deleting the app, I tried to reinstall but the app was not appearing in my app store on my Iphone. The support team accused me of not knowing what my app store was, accused me of having no idea of what I was doing and basically said - 'do we have to take a train and show you how to use the app store'. I then investigated with Apple and it ended up it was THEIR APP - they did not make it available in the region I am in!!! I am now trying to call back as I have the updated app and still the initial problem of the WIFI being disconnected on only 1 unit persists but conveniently they are no longer answering phone calls. This has been 3 years of nothing but frustration and I spent over L2900.00 for 3 heaters!
