        Deliveries good but dreadful customer service. Don't reply to e mail, long time to answer phone, contact unable to answer query and difficult to amend card details via web site.

        This company delivers at 0200 on Monday and Wednesday evening. The driver thrashes his van up our narrow estate road, leaves the engine running and wakes me and several neighbours. Phone calls to the company have been met with complete indifference. Not a company I will ever buy from even before you realise how overpriced they are.
