Thank you for arranging our beautiful mums funeral, Terry Ann West. Sam and Lauren, who are brother & sister are a great team, they were so helpful and understanding & very compassionate.Its a family run business with their father Mark Skinner at the helm, who we met when visiting mum in the chapel of rest. They made the organising of mums funeral very easy from start to finish. So a big thank you to the Skinner family and all those in the background for their sympathy and care, they went above and beyond. Thank you all so very much.

Found mark skinner funeral service impeccable. They were all so caring and considerate of the situation. The price was competitive, and we were all treated like a good friend or a family member. Showed such compassion and was so kind and caring of our needs as to how the deceased would have liked to be. I did ask for something unusual from them, that usually would only be done/made for an infant, but they honoured my request and did this for me, and complimentary as well, which I was extremely grateful to them for. They even gave us all a hug on arrival at the house, and waited for us at the crematorium until we had felt we could leave, which Ill add did make them a bit late finishing for the day, but they said it didnt matter, when we were ready was ok with them. Cannot fault anything about this service at all, and my own wishes now are that mark and his family deal with my own passing arrangements. Beautiful people, best advice,
