The whole team are fantastic, proactive, extremely helpful and dignified. We could not recommend Turners strongly enough. Unfortunately for us we had two services in quick succession. The team were extremely kind and helpful, guiding us through the whole process to get a very personal service on both occasions. Both services were perfect and the personal service and attention to detail was brilliant and a massive comfort at an extremely difficult time.

Just had to write to commend you on the professional and caring way you attended to our Dads funeral recently. You guided us through this difficult process step by step, nothing was too much trouble and nothing was rushed. I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and care given to me by the wonderful team at Turners funerals in Thetford. The care , compassion , professionalism and amazing kindness has been above and beyond anything I expected . From collecting my partner in the night to the after care that I have been given has been exceptional and beautiful and all done with such kindness , I couldnt have asked for anything more . The funeral was exactly how I imagined it to be , nothing was too much trouble .I was kept well informed , everything was on time with a competitive price and with exceptional service from beginning to end . I cant rate the team at Turners highly enough and will forever be grateful to them all at such an emotional and difficult time . I cant recommend them highly enough .
