        Filling out an oline form, only on the day you want a phone call from the Dr is shocking. Once the appts are full, the form disappears. No appts in advance. Absolutely disgraceful.

        I want a doctor, not a telephone or monitor or receptionist. As good as they are. Not a triage. A bloody doctor.

        I trust and respect Dr Overy completely, as did my late husband. No matter how busy she is,and she is, she listens and. explains things. When my late husband was at home on palliative care, Dr Overy was amazing., she came regularly and after his death her support has helped me through.
