        long waiting time for unloading. The woman who unloads the trailers is very rude. insulting drivers who are not English happened to me today. shouts, complains that not everyone knows English well enough. pure rudeness. she shouldn't be working here. in the transport industry, drivers encounter this type of behavior very often, which is unacceptable. This lady shouldn't work here. if someone does not understand, they should explain in a different, simpler way, show what to do, use simpler words instead of shouting and challenging. luckily there was another driver (english) who could explain in a few simple words.
