Generally when we need DIY materials, we end up gravitating to Wickes. It's a combination of price and quality that suits our pocket. The reason for this review however, was to draw attention to the service we received from Stefan (sorry didn't get his surname). He came out to open a second till, due to a small queue. He answered our questions with patience and good grace, even though I suspect he just wanted to help his colleague clear the queue. He went on to assist us with a bespoke paint mix, and yet more questions. His customer service and obvious passion for his work were noteworthy - well done chap. You made our shopping experience a pleasure...
